I usually don't post sketches of my illustrations because they often are very different from the final pieces: I tend to add lot of details when inking and coloring the drawings.
But, these are sketches done for a deviantArt artist I admire so much and I thought it was nice to show you the WIP of this project.
:iconmarina-b: asked me to do some images as a backing for the inside of the boxes to enclose her dolls.
Here some sketches I did...which one do you prefer?

Second one is very 'Sky Doll' style ^_^
